Adam Hochschild is the Managing Member of Hochschild Law Firm, LLC and serves as Special Counsel to Thomas More Society. A graduate of Yale University (B.A., 1997) and Washington University School of Law (J.D., 2000), Adam focuses on commercial and constitutional law and litigation. Adam is licensed to practice in Missouri and Vermont.
Adam’s clients include large companies, small businesses, non-profits, and individuals. In private practice since 2000, Adam has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including disputes involving First Amendment and other constitutional rights, government regulations, contracts, telecommunications, securities, tax, employment, real estate, intellectual property, and more.
Adam maintains a multi-state practice, including cases in Missouri, where he lived for the first 13 years of his legal career, and cases elsewhere. Before founding his own law firm and working with Thomas More Society, Adam practiced at two large law firms and then at a small boutique litigation firm. Since 2013, Adam has lived with his wife and children on a farm in Vermont.
