On February 23, 2022 our client, Dean Romano, an elector in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, filed a complaint before the State of Wisconsin Elections Commission against the Hon. John M. Antaramian, in his capacity as Mayor of Kenosha; Debra Gimler or her successor City Clerk – – Interim; and Matt Krauter, former City Clerk.

The complaint asserts that Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian and former City Clerk Matt Krauter violated entered into an agreement with the Center for Tech and Civic Life, a partisan, special interest organization, to accept more than $860,000 for the purpose of facilitating in-person and absentee voting in targeted areas of the city, in violation of an election bribery law.
