Thomas E. Breth serves as Special Counsel for Thomas More Society. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1992 graduate of Capital University Law School. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of jurisdictions, including cases before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania, various County Courts of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and the Office of Civil Rights.
